Create a Venn Diagram in MS Word

Information for this blog came from:
1.        In MS Word click where you want to add a diagram.
2.       On Insert tab, in the illustrations group, click SmartArt. The Choose a SmartArt Graphic dialog box opens.
3.       In the left navigation pane, click Relationship. All of the SmartArt graphic types that show relationships appear in the center pane.
4.       Select a diagram.
5.       Click ok.

Add another language to your keyboard

Click Start (The MS Word Icon)
Click Control Panel
UNDER Clock, Language, and Region - Click change keyboards or other input
Click change keyboards
Under Installed services, click Add
I added Spanish US
Chinese (Simplified) – Microsoft Pinyin ABC Input Style

By the time there will be a language icon EN, CH, AR, ES, and others if you chose other languages.  There is a choice to display the language bar or to hide it.
When you type in Spanish the accents will be “written” in for you.  Also, editing will be for Spanish words.
If you want to try Chinese, type in peng (remember, you have to change the language first).  When you type peng several characters will come up on the screen by the pinyin (pinyin is the Romanticized version of Chinese in order to learn how to pronounce the characters).
which means friend.  You have to type in peng – space – then the characters show.  Choose a character then pick you - space - and choose a character.
